Cancel anytime

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep paid features until then. Do it from thebilling portalor the Stripe Customer Portal we link to.

30-day refund

If WhisperBee doesn't work for you in your first month, emailsupport@whisperbee.appfor a full refund — no questions asked. Beyond 30 days, refunds are case-by-case but we'd rather make you happy than keep your money.

Pricing FAQ

Why stepped tiers instead of per-hive billing?

Per-hive billing punishes you for catching a swarm. Stepped tiers give you a predictable bill and room to grow. You upgrade only when you cross a tier boundary, and the upgrade is pro-rated so you pay just the difference for the rest of the billing period.

How much does annual billing save?

Seventeen percent — twelve months of access for the price of ten. The annual price is shown on each tier card. You can switch between monthly and annual at the billing portal at any time.

What happens when I outgrow my current tier?

WhisperBee prompts you to upgrade when you add a hive that would exceed the current cap. Existing data is preserved; the upgrade charge is pro-rated to the day. If you hold off on upgrading, the new hive saves but stays inactive until you do.

Can I downgrade?

Yes. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep paying for what you already paid for. You will be asked to archive any hives over the new tier cap before the downgrade applies.

Can I subscribe inside the iOS or Android app?

On iOS you can subscribe to any tier monthly directly inside the app via Apple in-app purchase. Annual subscriptions — with the 17% discount — are available exclusively at whisperbee.app via Stripe Checkout. If you are already an iOS subscriber and want to switch to annual, cancel your iOS subscription at the end of the current period and subscribe annually on the web — your account and hive data are unaffected by the platform switch. Android in-app purchase is coming soon; until then, Android users subscribe on whisperbee.app.

Is there a refund policy?

Thirty days, no questions asked. If WhisperBee does not work for you in the first month of any paid plan, email support@whisperbee.app and we refund the most recent charge. Beyond thirty days, refunds are case-by-case but we lean toward making you happy rather than keeping your money.

What happens when I cancel?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep paid features until then. After that the account drops to Free and your data stays intact up to the Free hive cap. You can resubscribe at any time without losing history.

What does Enterprise include?

Enterprise is for operations beyond five hundred active hives. Pricing is negotiated per deal and includes custom hive caps, volume pricing, and a dedicated point of contact for onboarding and support. Contact sales@whisperbee.app to start a conversation.
